6. SMS Messaging and Text-Logged Wins
CareerRise offers optional SMS functionality. If you opt in by verifying your mobile number, we may send you weekly reminders and account-related messages, and you can text the CareerRise number to log work contributions that are saved to your account.
- SMS participation is optional and requires your consent; consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for assistance.
- We store your verified mobile number so we can associate incoming texts with your account, and you can unlink it at any time in Settings.
- We process the content of messages you send by SMS solely to provide the win-logging functionality, including automatic categorization of your entries.
- We use a third-party messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver and receive these messages on our behalf.
- We do not sell or share SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
